IT'S BEEN TOO LONG!

2015 came and left, 2016 came and is leaving! I can't believe how long it has been since I have posted or even looked at my blog. I have to admit, I'm so glad I have those pictures and blogposts to reminisce about a younger version of me! I look forward to updating you guys more often but for now, I'M BACK!

Best weekend ever, maybe?

At least it's one of the most productive, for sure! Besides the boring studying that no one wants to hear about ;p I've been such a busy bee. I started my morning with a trip to Little Tokyo with my lovely, handsome boyfriend! We FINALLY tried ramen, and it was DELICIOUS. We went to Mr. Ramen and both had the beef curry ramen. It was amazing!

Shortly after the ramen, I got a craving for pancakes so pancakes we had! I love strawberries with pancakes, I love the juxtaposition between warm pancakes and fresh strawberries! I also added pecans. So delicious! 

We're ending our Sunday at home after having gone to the movies with my sister and mom. It was a really productive day. He's right next to me kissing my cheek right now and I feel pure bliss.

Beach Day pt 2

I fell in love again and it was with the beach so after Thursday's adventure I had to come back for some more! Being at the beach with your other half listening to amazing tunes and relaxing on the sand is one of the most extraordinary feelings out there. I had so much fun, this is definitely one of the best Memorial Day weekends ever <3

Beach Day

I normally work Monday-Thursday but they are fixing the tile at work so I was off yesterday. I hadn't hung out with my lovely friend, Jennifer in ages because of her new work schedule so when she told me she was off I knew we had to make the most of it! We decided to go to the beach and last minute grabbed some pizza and beer! 🙊

Best Thursday I have had in a really long time! hope everyone has a great Memorial Day weekend! I started my Friday with an early hiking sesh with my sister. Really excited about tomorrow's plans and I probably will blog about them! :)

Ahh, finally going to post an outfit today. I hate that I had literally ZERO time to blog but I'm so excited that I have a new job with amazing hours, great pay, and now I have 3 day weekends!! :)

This look is appropriate where I live in Southern California, I'm getting back in the blogging zone and there will be a whole site re-done and name change but I just wanted to post a little something since I had time! The light denim jacket gives me enough coverage to allow me to wear the cropped top and pairing it with high-waist denim pants completes the look without showing too much :)

Big Bear 2015

I've gone to the snow before but never made it all the way to the top in big bear. On our drive there, we didn't see much snow and were really scared that it had already melted away. Thank god that we kept driving up and found snow! 

I had so much fun. I'm not one of those people that can go on a sled all day and enjoy getting wet and dirty, but I love exploring new places and looking at the views I can enjoy nature just by being in it and around it. We were above 7,000 sq ft up!

Overall it was an awesome experience and if I learned anything it's to take shoes that have ridges and grip because I felt like a new born deer trying to walk. Extremely thankful for Alan's family inviting me and allowing me to go on this family trip with them. 

Just a little side note: I know I haven't been blogging frequently but I promise to blog more often and share my fashion and experiences with you. Thankful for the people that still look at my blog even when I haven't posted anything. Those views make me so happy. Stay tuned for a style post on Friday! Xo have a great day!
